Returns and Exchanges
At Kamakula, we will try our best to ensure your entire satisfaction. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise in its original packaging for return or exchange within 30 days from the original shipping date.
Email us at [email protected] to discuss if you would like to exchange, be refunded, or receive a store credit. Please note that:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the original shipping date.
- Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Kamakula is not responsible for any charges imposed by customs.
- Merchandise must remain in the same condition at which it was received.
- All merchandise marked as *ON SALE* are not eligible for return.
- Earrings are not eligible for return for hygienic purposes.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable & can not be returned.
- The purchased item shall be sent back to the original warehouse address.
- Merchandise must be returned to us before we can move ahead and issue a refund/exchange/ or store credit.
- We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
