Returns and Exchanges

At Kamakula, we will try our best to ensure your entire satisfaction. 

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date at: [email protected]

Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in its original condition
  • returned with the original packaging, jewelry card, pouch or box where applicable
  • free from scratches, marks, stains, signs of wear or damage

We reserve the right to refuse a return or make a deduction from the refund amount if the item is not returned in its original, unused condition.

How to return an item

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and return request.
  • Wait for our return instructions and return address.
  • Pack the item carefully in its original packaging.
  • Send the parcel back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first, as this may delay or prevent the processing of your refund.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

If a discount code was used and only part of the order is returned, the discount may be proportionally deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we can offer a refund or help you choose another item.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, used, or opened from sealed hygiene packaging:

  • earrings
  • piercing jewelry
  • ear cuffs or jewelry that passes through piercings
  • other items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons

Personalized, custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Sale items

Sale items can be returned within the legally required return period for customers in the European Union. For other voluntary returns beyond the statutory withdrawal period, sale items may be excluded from returns and exchanges unless otherwise stated.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable.

Order cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we start processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after checkout.
